After learning the craft from Italian artisans, we are excited to bring Italian frozen indulgences to our local Utah community. Our products are handmade from the finest natural ingredients, locally grown, hand-selected fruits and berries in season, and fresh milk from family dairies. Free from heavy creams, Dolcetti provides delicate and exotic flavors. Whereas traditional ice creams add air to increase volume, gelato's extreme density gives intense flavor and a smooth, creamy texture with 1/3 the fat. And you won't believe our sorbetto is dairy free, with no fat.
